Hello Sharalee,

I used the test last week and the results were negative ...so no baby...
...The test was easy to use, and the results showed up quickly and clearly. Thank you for sending it to me. If I know of any one else who could use the product, I will send them your way.

Hi there,

Thanks for the advice on the phone last night.  I have no idea why the first test didn't work but the second test worked just fine.

I'm happy to report the mare IS pregnant, even though the vet ultrasounded her last August and said she was open.

I used the third test on my other bred mare, who is for some reason NOT looking very pregnant, but the test says she is so I'm going to believe it!

I know you said you would send me a replacement test for the "dud" but I'd really appreciate it you would send me two tests.  I need to send you money for 3 so if you want to include another in with the replacement I'll send money for 4!

Now that I know the ultrasound wasn't accurate I have two other mares that need to be "re-checked" as well!

Thanks.  I appreciate it.  The last two mares I want to test were both "open" according to the vet and neither really looks pregnant but I want to be sure.

I'm selling one and shipping the other down to the USA for breeding so I'd be a lot happier knowing if they really are or aren't pregnant.

You can definitely put me down as a satisfied customer!

I'm excited to find out if my gal is in foal.  My stud escaped this fall and got in with
my 3 yr old perlino mare. I have not noticed any signs of heat. We do not have a livestock vet here
so this test will save me a lot of time not knowing.

Thanks   S.L. - Keewatin, ON

I'm so excited.  I just received your tests and ran them.  The two mares I was doubtful about were NOT pregnant, and the two I was hoping for ARE!!!  So that means I'll be having 3 babies this year.  The tests performed perfectly leaving no doubt about the results.  The positives had absolutely no sign of a line in the T region.

That's what I thought!!  Thanks for confirming.  My digital camera batteries died, so I can't send you the other mare's test, but it was a definite negative.  The T line was wide and fairly dark.  I wasn't expecting her to be pregnant.

So the counting begins, what a fun spring it will be with 3 babies on the way!!

Wish you success in your foaling season!!

Only one foal this year, I think.  But here she is Born Mar. 14/08.  Tested positive in Aug. 07 and again in Jan 08.
I'll have 4 mares to test next year :)  My stallion had a busy April 08.

I bought a couple of your tests way back in February to see if a mare that I adopted in December from a local horse rescue was pregnant. She came from a herd of about untamed 100 mares, foals, yearlings, stallions  etc from Alberta that hadn't been cared for ; were starving and if no one adopted them they would have been sent to the slaughter house.

Well our mare who wasn't tame at all with alot of TLC has come around. But we couldn't get a vet to give her a exam because she is still having issues with strangers etc. Thanks to your wonderful test we discovered she was pregnant for sure.

Born May 1 just after midnight a beautiful filly ( I have attached a picture of mom and foal). I would like to thank you for such a simple test -it made life easier for us all and we were able to make sure our Mercedes received the best care the last few months of her pregnancy.

I did the test at about 126 days pregnant I missed her pee by about two seconds and had to get it from the ground. There was a very very faint line and a bright one indicating a negative result. I was so sure she was pregnant because she didn't come back into heat. Could the test be wrong because I got the pee from the ground? Thanks,  K.W.

Hey K...
Getting the pee from the ground shouldn't matter.  The test should still be accurate.  How faint was the faint line?  Can you send me a pic of the test cartridge?

Sharalee

******************************************

I do not have the test cartridge any more. I threw it out. I did the test about a week and half ago. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being as bright as the other line it was about a 2.

hmmm - email me back in about a month and remind me and I'll send you another test to confirm the results.
Sharalee

*******************************

Hi, You told me to remind you in a about a month You were going to send me a replacement test to confirm the results. Thanks, K....

*********************************

Hi, This time I put a tarp on the floor of her stall and I got some clean pee. I did the test according to the directions and it was still the same. The line under the T was very faint. I had to take outside to see it. I am assuming the result to be negative. Thank you so much for sending the other test, I appreciate you doing so. Maybe I will try her again next summer.
Thanks,  K...

*************************************

Hey K....
This is a strange one.  Very faint?  If the result is negative it should be very obvious - if the line is VERY faint then it is still possible she is pregnant.   Email me back around December 1st and I may send you another test.  You don't happen to still have the test cassette?  If so can you take a pic of it without the flash and send it to me via email?
It sure sounds like it would sooner be a positive test.  I'll have a look at it and if it is still iffy - we'll keep at it until we figure it out for sure.

Sharalee

*****************************************

Hopefully it is positive. Sometimes she looks bigger in the belly, but then I figure she is just blowed up with grazing all day. I did check her often this summer to see if there was any discharge from her indicating that she was in heat. There wasn't any. The test is on it's way to you. Talk to you later.   K....

Hi Kelly
I got the test and to me it looks negative.  Sorry.  If you can remind me in January I can send you another test to make triple sure.

Sharalee

Thanks for your patience. I am going to assume that she is not pregnant and stick with that. Maybe we will try again.

Hello!
We had a healthy, very happy, filly born to us on March 5th. Here's a photo of her on her birth day, and another of her at 5 weeks old.

I'm not sure if I shared that one of the mares lost her baby at 5.5 months? So we were very happy to see this baby was born good and healthy. With rescue horses, you just never know what you might end up with. This was a very sweet ending.

Thanks again for all your help with the tests!

Hi Sharalee,
It's that time of year again and I was wondering if I could order some more kits?
Thankyou and let me know.
